2. Recruiter Eligibility
Recruiter accounts are reserved for companies and organisations actively hiring. You must use an official company email address. Personal email providers are not permitted for recruiter registration.
3. Platform Use
Recruiters may post job listings, search for skill-verified candidates, and manage applications through the platform. All job postings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described.
4. Candidate Data
Candidate profile information made available to you must be used solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Sharing, selling, or misusing candidate data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5. Conduct
Recruiters must not post discriminatory or misleading job listings, contact candidates outside the platform's intended hiring workflow, or attempt to circumvent any platform security or verification mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on SkillBaseHire, including skill assessments, platform design, and documentation, is the property of SkillBaseHire and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
SkillBaseHire is a matching platform and is not responsible for employment decisions, offers, or outcomes. Skill scores are indicative and should be used as one input among many in hiring decisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your recruiter account is active. You may request deletion by contacting our support team. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
